I've stayed here quite a bit now and have always had a very pleasant experience. The remodeled rooms are nice, and I especially enjoy having my room always looking and feeling clean, which is a big point I look for in a hotel room! I've always felt safe while staying here. The staff is honestly a big draw as well; Ryan and Michael at the front desk are always helpful, extremely kind, and a good laugh! The housekeeper, Remi, is SO sweet and attentive. I would definitely recommend a stay here whether short-term or long!

I love the service here. The people that work here are really nice, never have a bad demeanor when serving us, and very professional, not to mention accommodating. I'd like to say they make sure your stay is nice and comfortable. With that being said, their rooms feel like bedrooms like an air BNB. It's central air conditioning so you won't be able to crank up the temperature but i don't have any complaints about the temperature of the rooms. I think they added a few new features like the shower having a shampoo and body wash dispenser. And the walls in the bathroom have marble plates around them. So far, my stay has been very comfortable. It's not a 5 star hotel because of it's aging infrastructure and perhaps some questionable characters i find in the parking lot, but no one has bothered me once and they've all been fairly nice. 5 stars if they remake the rooms with newer bedsheets and furniture, but this is a no-frills inn for a nice night to sleep and get some quiet rest.

Michael was extremely helpful, fast & efficient! The check out staff was great as well. My husband & I enjoyed our stay, we weren't expecting to come back to a clean room, towels & bedding, on a Saturday evening. Hotels don't usually do housekeeping on weekends. We were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be staying here when in Anaheim/Fullerton. Overall a great experience.

It was clean very nice newly renovated BUT THERE is no air conditioning in ea room just central air in building !

Praise YAHUAH the LORD and His Son Yahusha HaMashiach Messiah Jesus Christ and the Ruach HaKodesh Holy Spirit!!! 1st, to the people that put a 1 star review as their starting review, you've already been dismissed, your reviews will not be needed. 2nd lee, it's a low in a good location, close to Tacos Los Cholos in Fullerton, Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. Room: central air only, felt like 73°F for the most part, it has a 1970s vibe with a sprinkle of modernized touches. There were some people under the stairs and kinda hanging about. Went for a walk around 10pm, when I saw the people. Called front desk, told them and when I returned 15 min later, they were gone because the night shift attendant had told them to leave. It's worth it, not being $100+ for a weekday.

Here is why this hotel is the greatest in Los Angeles for its price / quality 1. Great location, near the hotel is Disneyland and Knott's berry farm. 2. Great room service, the Maid cleans your room every day if you hang the "please clean" sign 3. No pests, I specifically chose this hotel because I read the reviews and didn't find a single review that complained about pests, the reviews didn't lie, there weren't any pests. 4. Very nice staff, I went to microwave a meal at the hotel's microwave but didn't bring a utensil to eat with (e.g., spoon fork), the person at the front desk saw me without a utensil and offered a plastic fork to eat with. We went here with a large family, they didn't make us pay extra for more people and they didn't make us get a second room, how nice of them! Here is the only con though: The drainage system isn't the best, you need to wait for a while for the water to drain after you wash your hands. Overall though, great price / quality, I loved it here and I recommend you to stay here.

Great front counter help; friendly and informative. Housekeeping is extremely attentive, quick with any request. Perfect Inn for budget minded individuals. Rooms are clean, complementary coffee in the mornings is hot, A/C is cold, towels are clean, pool is inviting. A perfect stay with a more than affordable rate.

They are amazing! They got us in early in the morning after being played by 3 other hotels near by. They made me and my sister feel very safe and accommodated couldn't ask for more. Would 100% come and I 100% recommend.
